We have extensive experience in manufacturing of pressure vessels in stainless steel and carbon steel for various purposes and for different Customers.

Our experience covers e.g. feed water tanks/deaerators for power plants, simple pressure vessels for compressed air, storage tanks, manifolds for maschines and other different vessels for various plants and purposes.

We manufacture pressure vessels in all dimensions and up to about 20-25 mm rolled plate, diameter 3-4 meters and length up to about 25 meters.

 For vessels in carbon steel we offer, grinding, sandblasting and painting and for vessels in stainless steel we offer pickling in bath for smaller items and spray pickling for larger items.

For pressure vessels we will together with the vessel include a complete set of quality documentation including material certificates, control plans, TÜV certificate (if required), and other NDT quality documentation as may be required.

In connection with the new EU pressure directive which has come into force in year 2002 we offer to calculate/design the pressure vessels in accordance with the applicable EN standards and deliver the components with CE-mark.
